Hello Everyone,

I am going to try and come here in the coven as much as I can.  In the past few months it has been hard on me and figuring out about my beliefs.  I was really uncertain of where I really belonged.  I finally figured it out after long soul searching.

I have purchased a deck of cards called The Hidden Path which I have been working with for a couple of weeks now. It has helped me spiritually to find my path and where I belong.  

I am the type of person that always had to have a label of what type of person I am such as a knitting crone, beginner spinner, and now a hearth/cottage witch.

I like being lone witch.  I have accepted this is the way it will be for me.  I am glad that there are places like this that I can communiticate with other pagans, witches and wiccans.

The summer has been busy and I have been knitting as much as I can.  I try and not do much work because it is way to boring.

Well, I am going to get back to watching my Harry Potter movie.  I hope you all have a great day!  Jackie

Hi, I am checking in again to the cottage to see how everyone is doing.  I have been so busy lately but no excuse for not coming in for a visit.  I am glad to be back and being with all of you.

Welcome to my Cottage.  I am so happy you stopped by.

Oh my goodness, this cottage witch has not been around for such a long time! Well, here I am back at in the cottage checking things out.

I have been working on a cross stitch called the Blessed Be.  It reminds me of a Divination Sampler.   I am also working on a Runes Cloth.  I spun up some silk along with sheep wool.  I will have Runes worked around the edge of it. 

I just started studying Runes.  I had trouble learning Tarot Cards.  I think it is because I have not connected with a deck yet.  I purchased several decks but just did not bond with them.

I was just wondering what type of craft is filling your cauldron?  Mine has brewing chunky red wool that is flowing thru my fingers and onto my knitting needles.  This wool from my bubbling cauldron will be transformed into a beautiful Red Riding Hood Sweater for my daughter.  I am getting my instructions from the book called Domiknitrix.  Here is the picture of the sweater.

 Merry Meet Everyone,

I just love this book.  I am doing the Blessed Be counted cross stitch on the front of this book.  It is perfect to make for Samhain.  I am starting it now so that I can have it done. 

I worked on the American Doll pattern below.  It was hard for me to understand the pattern but finally got it.  I really do not think I will knit another one.  I knitted one and it satified me to get it done. 

Now, I am onto the Second Mini Sweater for the year.  I am thinking of hanging these little sweaters in a shadow box.
